30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be returned in good condition, without excessive wear, misuse, abuse, or accidental damage.
- Include all original accessories and components whenever reasonably possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Reasonable inspection or testing of the product will not automatically make it ineligible for a return. However, products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling may not qualify for a refund.

Do not return any item without first receiving return authorization and shipping instructions from our customer support team.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing nectrikstore@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs or videos showing the problem
After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- A defective product;
- A product damaged during shipping; or
- An error made by Nectrick,
we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
For all other eligible returns, including change-of-mind returns where permitted by this policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return results from our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- Gift cards;
- Personalized or custom-made products;
- Products intentionally damaged after delivery;
- Products showing evidence of misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs, or alterations;
- Items returned without essential components required for normal operation.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Sale Items
Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible to receive store credit once the returned item has been received and approved.
If the gift was not identified as such at the time of purchase, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Address
